Refer-a-Tronix, Get-a-Tronix!

Innovatronix Inc formally launches the "Refer-a-Tronix, Get-a-Tronix" referral system. It gives you a chance to get a Tronix product of your choice for free. By referring any Tronix photo equipment to your friends (resulting in a sale), participants get points in the form of Tronix Dollars (TD). These points may be redeemed to purchase any Tronix products, whether in whole or in the form of a discount.

Participating in Tronix Referral Program is simple and easy.

Mechanics:

1. The online promo is open to all amateur and professional photographers in the U.S.A. and Canada that are of legal age.

2. You can join by doing the following:
- Sign up by emailing us at marketing@innovatronix.com or by replying to our invitation.
- Upon receiving your email, we will add you to our database.
- Once you are added to our database, our team will be sending you an account number that corresponds to your three digit referral account.
- You can now start emailing us with your friends' names and email addresses.

3. Getting a referral is easy, all you have to do is:
- Refer Tronix products by sending your friends' email addresses and relevant information (name of your friend, address (city, state) and the product you think that would suit them) to marketing@innovatronix.com with the word TRONIX REFERRAL as the mail subject.

- The Tronix Team sends an email to your friend containing details of the recommended product and quote you as the referrer.
- If the referral results in a purchase, Tronix Team facilitates order-processing, billing, shipping, and after sales support.

4. Once the sale is finalized, a corresponding number of points (depending on the product your friend buys) will be added to your account. Points would come in the form of Tronix Dollars. Tronix Dollars (or TD) can either be accumulated to get a free Tronix product or used in the form of a discount. Point system is as follows:

For example: After the promo period (or even within the promo period), you were able to accumulate 150 points, you can use these points to get a free Tronix SpeedFire (which costs USD150 w/ shipping). Or you can use the 150 points as discount for Tronix Explorer XT with bag (which costs USD434 w/ shipping), and you will only pay for USD284 (USD434 - TD150 (points)).

5. We will be sending you bi-monthly updates with your Tronix account details including how much points or Tronix Dollars you have earned. You can also check up on your account by emailing us with the word ACCOUNT INQUIRY and your 3 digit account number as the mail subject.

6. The points you get may be redeemed to purchase Tronix products. The minimum number of points that can be redeemed is 70.

7. The promo will run from June 10 to October 31, 2010.

Disclaimer: You can submit as many referrals as you want, but only referrals that result in a sale will earn you points. Although the Refer-a-Tronix, Get-a-Tronix promo will end on October 31 2010, you may still use your Tronix Dollars until December 31, 2010 to get discounts on Tronix products. You cannot use TDs or points to redeem rebates from your previous purchases. As of June 7, 2010, this promo is applicable to North America (US and Canada)only and not applicable to Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Central/South America.
