Customer Service Advisory: Lenten Season

This coming Lenten Season/Easter Holiday, please be advised of the following reminders due to temporary service disruption on business operations from March 31 to April 5, 2010.

For Online Orders - Orders placed on www.innovatronix.com

All online orders placed from March 26 to March 29 will be shipped on or before March 30.
Orders received from March 30 to April 5 will be shipped out succeeding to our resume on April 6. As on all orders, corresponding tracking numbers will be given for these shipments. Using your tracking numbers, you can track your package directly at www.ups.com
From April 1 to 4, please be advised that we are completely closed for the Easter Holiday.

Photo Retouching

All images received on or before March 26 will be sent on March 30 (regular turn-around time). From March 27 to April 5, all photos sent for retouching will be uploaded starting April 6.

For Orders Currently in Transit

Please use your tracking number or AWB to track your packages at www.ups.com

Live Chat and Customer Support

Live Chat and email support will be temporarily unavailable from March 31 to April 5 and will resume on April 6.

Normal business transactions will resume on April 6. You can still email our Info Desk (info@innovatronix.com) or Customer Service (customerservice@innovatronix.com) for your concerns and other inquiries, and will be attended starting April 6.
